His career has spanned roles with BHP, OneSteel, Leighton Contractors, BiS Industries, and Ron Finemore Transport, where he consistently delivered sustainable growth while building leadership capability, resilience, and strong organisational cultures.

In addition to his executive career, Mark serves at board level as Chair of the Australian Trucking Association and Deputy Chair of Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds, reflecting his commitment to industry and community leadership.
