Lize’s background is in hr services and recruitment with a B Comm major in HR and Grad Cert in HRM.

Lize assists with end-to-end recruitment, talent pool management, process design and training as well as HR Policies and Procedures.

Her particular passion is helping clients establish ways to improve employee engagement and retention.
